Monitoring vs. Observability
Why are they so talked about in DevOps?
Hello there, Open source and DevOps enthusiasts!
Welcome to this month's edition of the DevOps Resource Depot. Today we will look at two concepts commonly talked about in DevOps: observability and monitoring.
Basically, monitoring tells you that something is wrong, while observability uses data collection to tell you what is wrong and why it happened.

In a DevOps environment where systems, applications, and configurations are frequently evolving or being updated, the ability to closely observe and monitor what's happening becomes indispensable.
